This app allows to restart the camera individually without needing to restart the phone.
You can create a widget or a shortcut of camera restarter to launch your favorite camera app right after the camera has been restarted: you can then use the widget to launch the camera with a preemptive camera restart and always successfully start the camera!
This app uses root permission to kill the process named 39 media 39 ( 39 system bin mediaserver 39 ).
I published this app with the hope that it would be helpful however i do not know what the consequences of killing the 39 media 39 process are i just know that it solved my problem.
